Could I?  Yes. 

Would I?  No. My computer is my workhorse.  I like my large monitor. It is all about efficiency for me. 

The computer is much more efficient and effective for many tasks. I would never try to conduct all my business on a smartphone.

I could do it all on my phone, but prefer a bigger screen.  Need both hands for typing as well.  

I CAN but I choose to use my PC . . . bigger screen is more 'old eyes' friendly. 

Both can perform. However, some things...the phone! Other things! Laptop

I suppose I could, but why would I? I prefer the convenience of my computer and being able to see things clearly on a big screen.

As a remote closing Notary Public I can not use just my phone Peter Mohylsky. BRIX REALTY . Fact is I only use my phone for calls and texts. Even if I could use my phone I prefer to use a MUCH larger screen.

My phone is for messaging.
My 'puter is what gets the real work done.
Could I do it? Yes. But then I'd be one of THOSE.

I can do both but prefer the big screen on my desk ... these old eyes don't like to suffer with the small stuff!

I can do it by phone but I type so much faster on my laptop. More efficient.

I live on my computer, the phone is merely an extension of the computer.

I am not good with my thumbs and prefer using a computer. And our MLS phone app does not provide for all needs you may have for a listing - such as changing remarks. 

In the mortgage world I still need a desktop (and prefer one for many things), but not for long.  Almost everything has moved to apps or mobile platforms....almost there!

I can and I do when I must but, I much prefer using my iPad or my laptop! 

I'm 6'1" and have HUGE hands so, I'm not fond of the fat-finger typing style I do on my phone! LOL

Forced to, yes-I can do all from my phone and have, but at my age, my eyesight prefers my 36 inch dual screens on my desktops.

Computer, 100%.  Adding/editing a listing, drafting escrow docs, reviewing contracts, all that needs to be on a computer.

Heck, I have my phone connected to the computer so I can even text from the computer.

I prefer the computer. I can type a lot faster on there than I can text, even with voice messaging. So yes, I can use the phone. But I don't like to.

No not using my phone for contracts etc.  I want clients to actually be able to ready them which most can't on their phones.  Sometimes they many sign a form or two that they've already gone over on their phone as they're traveling or whatever.

I can use my phone but I prefer my computer. I'm actually looking to get an ipad for when I'm not at my computer.

Some things are just easier on the laptop so I continue to use both but I have stopped lugging the laptop with me on vacation.  :)  

In theory I could do everything on my phone. In reality, no it's not practical.

I need a computer to search the MLS efficiently and properly print out materials.  I would say I'm about 75% IPhone and 25% Laptop user.

The video platform... I need a camera, mic, software to edit and upload one after another run and gun property videos, local community videos. The video channel makes the "office" online, open 365/245/7 and hundreds of showings at a time are happening behind the scenes. Need cell, office line and the computer for emailing links to the videos that do the heavy lifting Peter Mohylsky. BRIX REALTY ! What about you ?
