Time to move your email off MS Exchange. 

The privacy policy must read:  You do not have any privacy. Don't bother closing your bedroom door. We track and listen to everything you do and say. 

Although I am not convinced other email clients are not doing the same thing - they just are not telling us.

Google has done this since it's inception and has gotten worse lately too.  Microsoft is late to the game, but I would move off of them.  They caused a lot of problems for me and cost me some business when they took over the godaddy email without my consent and activated a mandatory spam filter, again without my consent.  Next thing you know, I getting no emails from escrow and missing half my normal email including messages from buyers agents regarding the escrow I'm actively negotiating.  Caused quite a few problems, to say the least.

 

Moved off of them to something else asap.

I use gmail.

I prefer them to send my emails to the NSA over MS 🤣

I like/appreciate many of those features Richie Alan Naggar BUT I have several mail accounts and it would be easy for me to switch to another if I did object.

One really great service is Proton Mail which is 100% secure. You might give them a try. It is a FREE service but you can upgrade to many of their other services such as their VPN that I use and love.

There is nothing new under the sun. Bill Gates started out his empire by buying small programs and bundling them as his very first Windows program. Even the concept of Windows was NOT his... it was a DOS program called Point and Shoot (I still have a copy of Point and Shoot). I don't believe Bill Gates ever had an original thought of his own, he just saw the opportunity of purchasing start-ups and bundling them as he still does today.

Google does similar which is why I refuse to use their business features. Try ProtonMail for privacy. The cost is reasonable and only you see your email.

I have migrated my email away from Microsoft and Google and use Proton Mail Plus with a pseudo name, not my real name.

I use SimpleLogin to create forwarding email aliases, so I do not give out my real Proton email addresses to any contacts or vendors. Spammers do not know my email addresses so I do not receive any spam or phishing emails.

One by one, I am eliminating the use of Microsoft and Google products. There are privacy-respecting open-source software alternatives available to leave snooping corrupt Big Tech behind.
