Charlotte home prices exploded in the last two years. Through June 2022 we have seen record high sale prices. I'm watching the market carefully in the coming quarter.

A variety of increase, leveling off and price reductions.

It's very neighborhood-centric in San Diego.

I hope the Monterey area holds the "increased" values in 2022.  We know the market is softening a little. We will soon be listing a home in Pacific Grove. 

My market is softening a little as well.  Only time will tell what the future market will do. 

Carmel by the Sea is a beautiful town. Our market is just starting to soften slightly, not seeing the bidding wars any longer. Selling for asking or slightly under asking. The odd one still going for over asking.

We started seeing fewer showings in April when the rates first went up, and now seeing triple inventory from end of March and if priced right, sellers are getting list price now.

I see a realistic, viable real estate market in my area.

It is leveling out a bit here but some areas and homes are still in great demand.

Leveling yes, but demand for downtown condos in Chicago remains vibrant.

A bit of softening at the tops, but rates came down and the buyers are back out.  Maybe a chance for bidding wars again before rates go up when the fed meets on the 28th.

Prime or unique properties will always be. The less than that adapt, and, in the end, Real Estate cannot be stopped but perhaps slowed a bit here & there.  The desire to own a home is no myth. It goes on

Prices are still rising, but not at the great rate they were before.

we started seeing softening a while ago.  And seems like the data you speak of is behind since 2021 was over 6 months ago.
