I prefer to meet my clients where they live, helps gives me an idea on how to best help their needs. If that doesn't work, I meet at a local restaurant or coffee shop!

For listings, usually at their home. Sometimes at a coffee shop or restaurant.

When I worked with buyers I would typically meet at a property.

Depends on what we're meeting about . . .

Listing evaluation, their property.

General meeting for whatever reason, a couple of local restaurants.

(rare) meeting with buyers, most likely at the first property we're viewing.

If it's land I will walk it with them once they have decided to make an offer (company policy is agent MUST view/walk the property even if the buyer doesn't care to). Directions and geocoordinates for the remote parcels are in the info package . . .

I've never been in that situation BUT I would think in either their home (Sellers) of the first home Buyers want to look at. Also we have a fabulous library in town with free, very professional meeting rooms that you can use for free. I did do that a few times when my office was under water from our flood in 2011 Paul S. It depends Paul. The folks that live in our neighborhood have been over many times throughout the years and like coming to my home office if they're doing a deal.  Or we meet at their home if they're thinking of selling first. Rarely do I meet at coffee shops anymore. I know our folks well and it's more likely we'll meet for lunch at a favorite local spot.

Depends on where they live and reason for meeting. Maybe at their house, maybe somewhere in between our houses, and if I know them, we can meet at our house, for buyers interested in a property, we sometimes meet at the property. Sometimes at https://lamadeleine.com/  which has always been meeting friendly in this area.

I meet most of my buyer clients on Zoom. I meet all my listing clients in their home unless they are out of the area (many are) then it's just a call or Zoom too.

If they want to meet in person, I'll either use a conference room at my office or a coffee shop, but most (90%) want Zoom.

Occasionally I'll use a vacant house I'm showing them to also conduct a quick meeting too.

For listings I meet at their home. For buyers, I may start by doing a buyer's consultation via Zoom. With so many out of state buyers and with the pandemic, it has made it easy. Outside of that I often meet at one of my offices or at a coffee shop. Panera Bread has been a go to "coffee shop" because there are several and I can usually get a seat. Starbucks doesn't have much seating and there are often people who camp out there for hours.

Our "meetings" when they are local is at the property. Instead of parked at a restaurant for an hour, let's wander through properties that would fit this pre approved buyer. So many meetings are online, whats app for outside buyers who want an in person private video to go with the listing video that got them to move deeper into the sales process Paul S.
