I am not familiar with said companies Caroline Gerardo . I appreciate the link. As a Mobile Notary I close loans from all over the country but they have never been on my radar.

The ebbs and tides are like a teeter-totter. Lack of employees followed by lack of jobs.  A lot of people that were flush with free cash will regret sitting on their bottoms for so long.

It isn't surprising. This seems to happen at every shift. Hold on and we'll get through this together!

There are many reasons these companies come and go. As rates rise and volume drops, competition may claim many more!

People take bites out of the multi-trillion-dollar Real Estate apple all the time. It's the second bite that these folks failed to chew...

Sad news. Many companies are firing mortgage personnel.
