Inflation numbers this month will largely influence where we head from here, but I believe we've got some relief in sight. It's important to remember thsi jump is coming up from the "COVID-market". In reality, we're back to early 2019 when rates were at similar levels. Hopefully the Fed moves reign in inflation, which should bring rates back down. And when the Fed, being the dummies they are, cause recession in the next 12 months, we'll see rates come down further. Fingers crossed!

I still remember interest rates when I bought my first house. We started at 9-3/4 percent. It was only a few years later and the ARM we had rose to 17%. From the looks of where we are at, it's going to continue to rise -- so hang on tight! Only God Knows!
