Probably because the post is not indexed by Google yet.
Posts on AR, or any website, can take a while to get indexed by Google - if at all.
The best way to check if a post is indexed by Google, is to use the URL in the search.
For example:
The first one is not indexed, the other two are.

There are a myriad of reasons why. The two simplest explanations:
1) Are you a rainmaker?
2) Google determines what it indexes and does not index everything it sees.

Google is the BOSS.
It decides when it will crawl a site and what it will index.

Back in the ActiveRain days, you could do that and mine would come up on pages that were getting millions of hits. Today, the juice is mostly pits

Sometimes it takes a while, sometimes g takes the bait, sometimes we need to put out a few hundred more posts to get them to notice us on a consistent basis.

I agree with Dario & Ryan. Things don't happen immediately.
Watch out for duplicate content. You'd be better changing it up a bit.

Hi Scott
I see you have a few posts, which could be optimized slightly better - for example, a longer tail title such as "Ice fishing tips for new owners in (insert town name and state name here)" -- you may have better luck with that
That said, AR is apparently working on SEO behind the scenes, lots of work to be done as the ranking/SE placement isn't what it used to be
