This can happen if the src url in the iframe is non-secure (http://) instead of secure (https://).
Edit:
Read your question too fast. Seeing that you got an error, most likely it's not what I mentioned, but doesn't hurt to check.
What I mentioned usually results in an empty area where the video should be.

When it 'takes' there will be a grey box but not the actual video showing.
