I had heard that.  The forbearance programs have worked for those who couldn't afford their mortgages when the pandemic first hit.  And almost everyone has worked their way through these.

Yep, I just shared this news in my Crystal Ball 2022 video to my clients.

Over 4 Million households paid off their forbearance (including me).

I sold 2 properties in 2021 with forbearance on them, both owners still profited from their sale and one had only owned her home for 1 year!

Many servicing companies extended forbearance programs, depending on the state.  Four million households did not pay for 19 months, but they had gains in equity. Results are not in, yet.

This past 29 days I had 81 requests from people in forbearance or coming out in first payment to cash out refinance.

Yep - they're dipping, and have been for months.  All the media idiots that warned of the coming crash cost anyone who believed them a LOT of money.  

Housing market is, and should continue to be, extremely healthy in terms of appreciation and extremely high absorption rates
