When you consider that our cells regenerate at the rate of hundreds of billions DAILY . . . how can we not believe we have the gift of new life every damn day, and the ability to completely transform ourselves and our world every MOMENT?

Morning, Richie! We do awaken with a second chance, each and every morning. It's up to us as to whether or not we'll use it wisely. 

I do agree with your Christmas (and daily, for that matter) message - Love God & love mankind!

Each morning that we open our eyes and find ourselves above ground is a new opportunity to do things differently.  Good or bad, new or old, fast or slow.

These opportunities aren't limitless.  They are truly a gift.  Put them to good use.

Every morning is a day to begin anew if you should so choose. So second chances abound!

I wake up each day thinking that this the day I'll eat wiser, exercise exhaustively and become a better person.
