Why not stay in the USA? We have a number of gambling meccas; witness Las Vegas and Reno, even in my state of Connecticut we have Foxwoods Casino. International travel these days is a challenge with all kinds of Covid certifications and tests. But if you really want a far-away destination, go to Macau. Good luck!
