What Z heck?!

My opinion really does not matter ... what matters are legal opinions, who has the deepest pockets, and who wins whatever dispute or battle is at war with the opposition.

producing points of view on their failed business practices currently - Freedom of Speech

I have never seen anyone on this platform say NOT to use Z. I have seen people/agents state how their business dealings did not work out with them. Loosing money was discussed.

If you review the laws of any federal, state, city code, regulation or rule, they are outdated, misapplied and unenforceable yet they remain on the books? So it is with this scenario. Do we have the time and the resources to debate these things at the risk of getting on tangents and meaningless pursuits? I know we settle everything with lawsuits however choose wisely

Hello Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate good to know that I should not criticize Zillow.

I haven't heard anyone say they won't work with Z. I have heard people say they don't want Z to have access to their business data through dotloop and showing time. That has nothing to do with working with their brokerage. 

I always speak  of Z-devil with the greatest of admiration.
Some don't know who Z-devil is.
But when an organiztion made their identity (along side Inman) with flat fee and elimnating agents platform, their past history IS FAIR GAME. 
I think exposing their HYPOCRICY is fair game. This HYPOCRICY is the equivlent of 'black face' and should not be forgiven as current societial law has established.
So, are yoiu suggesting commenting on the HISTORICAL record is forbidden?  Were we not all impressed when Zdevil raided the top executives from NAR and stole all those NAR secrets and future marketing plans?
Zdevil, KW, Exp, NAR, and those BoneYard brokerages all merit behavioral changing exposure.

I'm not a NAR member so I can say with thousands of examples that Z is structured on a ponzi scam of advertising, their AI zadaestimates is wrong 70% of the time, the structure of billing lenders for agents ads to show at the top of the page is a violation of Regulation X and Reg Z,  they steal copyrighted material and ideas with abandon... to name a few. I don't own the stock. Rich Barton should stay home.

I guess those who will badmouth other agents will still badmouth Z all they want.
