My office is in my house... I have a built-in Miele coffee maker in my kitchen which is maybe 30 steps from my office.

well in my office at my day job I have my own personal drip maker, because I can't take coffee into my job from outside (prisons have those rules), in the real estate office where I work when there is overflow.... there is both a drip maker (bunn) so a fresh pot is ready in two minutes. And there's a keurig for those who want "flavors" and such. At home I use a french press, grind my own beans, and could at the real estate office, my daughter gave me a second one.... but it's packed up in the bug out bag.

Arabica beans and Mr. Coffee.
Nothing like walking into the shop with a fresh cup and seeing 'This is where I get stuff done."
The next morning starts with trying to find where I left the cup in the shop.

French Press at my office of one.
Big Block has a keg of beer on tap in the conference room (seriously), but no coffee because there's a coffee-cart in our lobby.
Coldwell Banker used a triple coffee pot industrial brewer.

It's been some time ago when I went back to old fashioned manual brewing with just boiling water poured over coffee grounds and filtered. Always hot and easy cleanup.

I like my coffee to be coffee.
It is kept simple.
Coffee Maker - drip system. Nothing fancy.
I drink organic french roast - black.
I like it hot right out of the pot and also enjoy it over ice.

Mr. Coffeee does a good job. Arabica based coffee seems to satisfy with Starbucks purchased at Costco working well. Hawaiian blends should be looked into along with middle eastern brands that add Cardamon for flavor. Wife grinds the beans fresh. I once had sipping-coffee decades ago made by an old Jewish lady that tasted so good black that I raved & praised and pined for it having a second-third cup. She took the recipe with her. NOTE: I found that adding egg-shells to the brew produced a mild, soft and flavorful sip. Try-it. I can go black or with lo-fat milk plus some stevia

Several years ago when Kerigs were all the rage, I bought a high end model from TV shopping. Then read a microbiologist's article, "I dumped my Kerig to the curb." It was all about bacteria and mold growing in damp, dark places. The Kerig remains unopened in the box.
Someone who uses one may know for sure, the point was Kerig's internal parts cannot be opened, washed or cleaned.
At least the drip coffeemakers can be cleaned with mild soap or vinegar every few weeks.
My fav though is a pre-Amazon electric percolator, solidly built without the IoT "track you" blue light.

Our main go to is the Nespresso machine but when I'm feeling not too lazy, we have several French Press in assorted sizes. We like to grind our own beans and have them roasted at Cookes in Kingstonfor the past 40 years. My two faves are Chez Piggy blend and Kingston's Favourite blend. I even had this shipped to me when I was not living locally.

I have them all, the only one I will never use again is the purcolator, they burn the coffee.
French presses make great coffee, unfortunately they are a pain to clean so they dont get used that much except when we are in the woods away from electricity.
Most of the time we use a kcup for small portions or a mr coffee type most of the time since most of us will drink at least 12 cups per day each.

I don’t drink coffee, so I have no real input. The office has a Keurig, and everyone can have their own preference. The spouse has a Nespresso and likes the Starbucks Veranda Blend for the Nespresso Vertuo.

I have a french press at home, both a drip and keurig at my office, when I babysit, there is a keurig at my daughter's house. Over all I prefer French Press with beans ground just prior to making. I prefer stong, columbian blends, I must have cream or milk, I do not need/want sugar.
And I don't do it often, but sometimes I have coffee someone else makes... and while I do like starbucks, there isn't one in the town where I live.

Keurig for me. We have had one since they were first introduced. It suits the two of us in my work from home office. My wife like decaf. I like full-bodied caffeinated blends which I buy in bags from Starbucks, Pete's, Philz and from local independent coffee shops. I put the coffee into pods that I purchased on-line and which are refillable and reusable.
And, thanks Brian L. Sirota, Esq., for the link dispelling the worry about mold in Keurigs. I clean mine regularly.
