Be aware that most likely it will not help clients find you.  For that, you'll need unique content of interest to them.

Ya can, with sites like Keeping Matters Current, which supplies random content designed to be copied and posted, but does it really help you build SEO, or readership?  When KMC releases a new post, there are many AR'ers, who post the very same information.

why would you want to do that? If the article is out there it's likely been read by anyone looking for that information.  Unique content is best.
