Yes. It's free. It's the spreadsheet program on my computer. LOL! Website is provided as well (though I had to build it). Then again, we're a father & son company and I'm the tech guy.

Yes, yes, and yes. And all free. Do I use them no. I've always had my own CRM, my own website, my own leads. It's my business and I don't want to be tied into any brokerage to that extent. I've changed brokerages any number of times and never missed a beat... why... because it's all mine and worth the money I spend on it.

Peter,
If its free, it means the company can access your leads...nothing is free, there is always a string attached. Most companies provide leads for a hefty percentage. You should own your own website. A

Not free and I prefer not to use it. KV Core - too detailed and pushy with follow ups.

I get reimbursed for my CRM (which is only accessed by me; not company run). I have my own website in addition to the one provided by the company.

We do have a broker provided CRM which our Team does not use except as necessary for certain audit reasons.

I don't believe that I have ever been given a CRM from a brokerage, although I have only hung my license with 3 different brokerages. Currently, my organization uses HubSpot, but it isn't necessarily from the brokerage, but more so from the company as a whole and it is free to all.

I am the broker, and did add my agent to the web site, and she can use the blog for her advertising too. No CRM to share, I still use Top Producer.

A brokerage with which I was previously affiliated allowed me to see what a broker provided CRM means.
An agent notified the broker of their intent to leave the office. That agent was immediately cut of from accessing the crm and in her presence the broker distriibuted her database AND leads to the other agents in the bullpen.
I think it a good idea for the AGENT to own the resources crucial to their business.
My current broker does offer a FREE CRM. It integrates into the transaction management system. And the part of the CRM that is identiied as 'agent only' is open to all office staff.
Although I am REQUIRED to use portions of the system I take great care to submit only the bare necessities. Are the leads FREE. Yes. Are any viable leads received? No.

Yes, it has the appearance of free but is part of the technology fee we pay.

I would never give my client database to anyone especially someone that could contact them once I'm gone.

Our brokerage provides us with a CRM (KvCore) for free. They also provide a website that connects to it for free. Every agent gets it no matter what, but you are under no obligation to actually use it. I like the program!

Yes, but I don't use it and don't know what it would cost me anything if I did.
I'd rather use technology I control and/or own. The "leads" I get are a joke and usually just someone that contacted the office or Remax on one of my listings instead of contacting me direct, and the other so called leads are rentals in places like Baltimore MD. I'm not licensed in MD. I don't expect I'll ever get any real leads from Remax since I haven't gotten any in over 10 years, so I really don't care.
