Nope, not seeing masks anywhere but at hospitals right now.  A few places have notices that unvaccinated people need to wear one, but they aren't checking.

Gloves went by the wayside a year ago, masks yes. PEAD forms yes.

Nothing  else until the mask mandate drops off for businesses.

Joan Cox I've been meeting with dozens of sellers and buyers over the past few months, and only 1 prospective seller requested I wear a mask.

Other than that one seller, I haven't seen a mask on any others I've dealt with.

It seems most people realize this entire virus issue has been blown way out of proportion and they're simply ignoring it where ever and whenever possible.

I am usually the only one taking measures to defeat facial recogniting technology. The FEAR/UGENCY seems to have abated a month or more ago.
What is stated in the MLS has little meaning. I know I no longer request the signed  COVIC waivers.

I am not sure how things will go here in CA.  I find it interesting that I am visiting AZ and some stores still require masks while others do not.  I imagine that will be CA, but with fewer places eliminating masks.  It has been crazy watching restaurants fill up with those wearing masks only to sit at a table a remove them, like there is any difference at all.  I feel like this has all been more about marketing than science.  The only science that shows any real results has been the science behind the vaccines.  It is time to let people be adults and act as adults, making choices that best suite themselves.  Take the vaccine or not, wear a mask or not, stay isolated or not. It is time.

No more... masks no longer required. It's just agents who haven't updated their showing instructions, but I'm seeing fewer of those "observe covid guidelines" instructions each day.

My sellers have stopped mandating all of it.  Still seeing some requests though.  I have to think sellers, for the most part, follow the lead of their listing agent.

Pretty much back to normal here in Maryland. Governor Hogan ended Covid protocols . Its up to individual businesses and Counties on what they want to mandate.

PA is still under mask mandate except for the vaccinated as of March 2021.

"The biggest change in the latest guidance is that it suggests there may be some circumstances in which fully vaccinated individuals can interact with others using fewer health and safety precautions. But there are many qualifiers."

That is still our protocol minus the gloves now. However if the sellers don't want to wear a mask in their home I am fine with that I will still wear mine.

I always ask. There are still approximately 50% of people in VA that aren't vaccinated, and people are still getting COVID and ending up in ER. Probably better to continue taking precautions
