Contracts are legally binding.
Accuracy is important in all contracts. Making a mistake or leaving critical information out of a contract is what keeps lawyers in business.
Inaccuracy can be expensive and cost one's reputation and clients.

Do you enjoy being a defendant in a civil suit?
Would you like to appear before your state's Real Estate Commission? Or maybe even your state's Bar, depending upon the severity of the "inaccuracy"? (In Florida, the Bar is an official arm of the Florida Supreme Court; they enforce discipline for not only lawyers, but for anyone that commits unauthorized practice of law).
Do you want to have a good reputation, have people speak highly of you, and get referrals? Then write ACCURATE contracts!

What does it matter in a medical operation? Be professional and get the information right at the listing and maintain the accuracy all the way through to the real estate closing.

Based on the FOUR blogs you have already published, it seems clear you know the importance of accuracy.
So, your question, from my observation, is a test of the members participating in the Q&A session.
I suspect accuracy in a real estate contact is similar to accuracy in your GPS. If you want to get you your intended destination, it is helpful to have the greatest accuracy possible. "Hey, don't think we're in Kansas any more. This looks like a courtroom."

Let me ask you this:
If you were buying or selling a home would you want the contract drawn up with errors that could cost you money, time, and stress... not to mention possible legal ramifications?

As we go through life, much of what we do remains uncontested and allowed but not so in certain categories such as contracts, moving money and exchange of values and lets include relationships too. Second chances cost in certain realms and thats if you get a do-over. Know or don't know rules here

You mean like the agent that wrote the wrong address and closed on the wrong house???
Yep, true story...2 of them.
