51 offers within 2 days of going live. I could have hit a 100. It was a bank and they mandated 48 hours before they look at offers, otherwise it would have been sold in 15 minutes. The highest and best offer was the 1st offer in.

Long ago I learned to "weed-out" and keep to a minimum multiple offers. We are looking for highest and best with performance and little requested. Multiple offers means focus is not narrow. Ask this: What is the end result?

We don't price to get multiple offers. Yet, the market provides them. IMO...a large number of multiple offers is often driven by poor..even deceptive...pricing.
