I think the RPR reports are way too big and cumbersome to produce. Try to make one little change and you'll have to wait for it to be generated again and the notification that it is ready for viewing.   

Less is more is my motto here.  I use it as a piece of marketing,hopefully to get the recipant to engage.  

Prices in the area. Going up or going down.

The examples above are ok for a listing appt but too much for a market report. I think they are supposed to be 'lighter' than all those numbers.

I wouldn't touch racial demographics with a 10' pole.

What I know to be true does not apply to market reports.  

My belief is that preparing and publishing them can possibly add credibility in terms of knowing the market. The data alone is not enough. We must be able to interpret it.

I like to give an abbreivated version, short & sweet , otherwise you will get the deer in head lights look ..

I doubt that many people dig into them that far, they just like seeing them and give you a bit of credit for knowing your market if you produce them.

A market snapshot along with community specific information is best, in my opinion. It includes sales and pendings, days on market, area and prices.

The only one people have shown interest in consistently is % of owner occupied. The rest seems to be content filler for the average person.
