So much has changed over the years.. from carbon copy contracts, no computers, phones at your desk   to computer generated contracts, computer generated MLS, computer generated everything even on your phone you can take with you everywhere you go....   computers have changed the world and the way we do business... 

Like a well orchestrated symphony it is hard to pick one tool among the essentials that it takes to keep things moving forward.

My laptop computer .... has everything I need to run my business.

My car. Without that I wouldn't be showing any properties or homes!

Ahh yes! I'll go with GPS.

My phone... I know you said "other than" but hear me out b/c it's actually the access to lock boxes that makes it come to mind first. We'll finally be with the times here and eliminate the lockbox access cards which needed to be updated once a week. Same app will - hopefully - also provide (non-ShowingTime-greedyZ-controlled) scheduling abilities very soon.  

Don't think I could possibly narrow it down to one.  Electronic contracts, CRM, GPS, and my computer!   Could not do without them.

But only if I can't count my phone... which has everything including GPS, calculator, MLS, lockbox access, weather, contacts, Seri, camera, timer,  alarms to set for appts, flashlight, news, and ActiveRain.

It is interesting to note that HQ (me) if I get rest, food and results, I am able to command anything after that to my liking...

That' s a cosmic question.
The single best technology (not system) I use is the ability to IP track.
OF course IP tracking without a little AI becomes data without purpose.
So IP tracking and Artificle Intelligence, that's two.
But those two without action are a bit useless so more is needed.
For me that is FB messenger and those FB ads.
Now the single best technology contains four discrete componets. And still the closer has not been mentioned....the valuation report. Now that is another package of tech and intellectual propoerties.

Anybody still remember the Thomas Guide? I still have mine, the directions on my cellphone is too small...
