Hello Stone, it's been a frequent topic in the Q&A section. Emails going to/from support have been sporadic at best.
The developers are working on major changes to the site, and one of the byproducts of that work has been difficulty with editing profiles.
If you leave the specifics you want changed here, I can attempt to make the edit. No guarantees, because some fields are blocked from editing at my level of support.

First let me say that I believe that AR Support is censoring the comments.
I replied to the AR Support reply in Kens' thread to my comment a short time ago. It appears to have been deleted as well as 2 other comments that were shown about 30 minutes ago. One was Ken's comment as well.
In my opinion, the SNARKY AR Support team member ended their comment to me by suggesting there was a difference between a paying member and the free access here on AR. Does the site work differently if I pay? is it better because I pay?
Going to a Zoom meeting to hear top level management repeat themselves about how difficult life is and we, as mere mortals and free members do not understand the elaborate nature of software fixes is borderline elitism. For AR Support Staff to belittle any comments or censor comments is unacceptable.
Maybe AR needs a complete new software update or maybe it will fade into the great real estate black hole of death by failure. It seemed like a great site at first, but never worked right and they could never fix it.
If we, as Agents treated our clients like this we would have no clients. I expect better from AR Support.
