I would list it as a commercial property, with help from a CCIM.  As is, caveat emptor.  Maybe convert it into a hotel.

Ghost story aside, why would someone want to buy that sort of facility? How could it be re-purposed? Could it be made into a museum maybe, to document the nuclear threat, history of development of nuclear weapons, etc?

Looks intersting.  If it was somewhere within a couple hours drive, I'd buy it for that price.  Although for my purposes, I'd prefer it to be mostly underground, for ease of defense.  Still, good storage capacity.  Hopefully could get some vehicles (land and air) in there too.

Overall, I give it a 5 for "end of the world" prep.  Nice facility but a bug out bunker really should be underground and provide a better protection level from fallout and from missle attack.

This one does not interest me although decommissioned missile silos in the U.S. do. The more original they are the better, no conversions please.

What a hoot. If it were here, sure. That would be a great listing to market/sell. And if it was mostly underground and was back in the woods somewhere, that would probably sell quickly.

The facility could be adapted to a special use. You need the cooperation of an experienced commercial broker, likely with an extensive industrial background and contacts. The obstacles here are substantial and not for the faint of heart.
