The building owner where our office is a a tenant would not allow such signage. I doubt if the City sign ordinance would, either.

We have sign restrictions in many towns here so these wouldn't be allowed. It's one of the things I love about where I live. We moved here from Orlando. While I do love FL, I don't love how littered the town is with all the billboards, etc. The good thing is, everyone is on the same playing field. Bigger companies with more money have the same sign restrictions as the little guy. I live in the suburbs 10 - 15 minutes from the cities of Raleigh and Durham. Raleigh and Durham on the other hand do have some billboards. Most suburbs outside of the city just doesn't allow it. Good luck!

No. LED, lighted, and reflective signs are zoning violations in most areas around here. Check your zoning ordinaces. I'd bet Maine has several restrictions and/or guidleines on using lighted signs.

No we don't which is a real shame. For some reason our owner doesn't want one even though the office voted it in probably 5 years ago.

Moving to Times Square?  or bringing a bit of it home to Maine?

The best signs I have seen are the Burma Shave type that rivived Wall SD, or the ones with inspirational/humorous quotes that generate lots of social media buzz.

I suspect it will draw lots of attention in a rural area, hopefully the zoning police will not notice or care.
