I struggle with YouTube.... I just don't find it user friendly.  Hey - could this be a topic for a Tuesday Zoom meeting??  hmmmm.....

Nothing to much going on in my YT channel except videos from real estate or RM. I don't find YT interesting at all. I go there, learn what I want & then get out.

I, personally, watch the news on my phone & when a vid comes up, I skip right over it. Why? It's too damn long plus a commercial. So it takes longer to get the same info.

There's a carrot for you.

I'm not one of those people... I actually never think about Youtube.

I just use it to drive SEO, boost listings and mkt rpts, not really as a destination site, far too busy to spend that much time on it.

A triumphant moment on YT arrived when I brought the tequila bottle home with the 'steal proof thingie' still on it, the clerk forgot to remove it and even though it did not trip the alarm, I couldn't get it off the bottle till a YTer showed me how! LOL LOL LOL
PS I am OVER YT for real estate . . . you go though. I'm seeking new alt media platforms for monetization without censorship! Bitchute and I think Odyssey are enabling live streaming and that is gonna cut into YT's supremacy . . . 
 

I host property tour videos there as well as before and afters of properties.  Mainly because Google has been proven to favor their sites over others in search results.  I also host on Vimeo and use those videos on my sites because they do not have the invasive tracking that youtube does.

I dig:

1. The how-to channels and have made avail of them many times. 

2.  The incredibly cute animal videos tickle me.'

3.   The cooking videos are also on my menu.

When I used my library card decades ago, you never had the feeling you were being monitored just helped in your pursuit whatever that was. Today, there are hidden agendas, motives, and predator dynamics at work. I use all things knowing that they are using me too....Proceed accordingly

One of our boys got us a Ninja Foodie 9-in-1 that does everything (broil, pressure cook, dehydrate, air fry, etc.) for Christmas. So, I've been trying something in it every night - love broiling veggies in it. Anyway, this week, I had a hankering to try ribeyes in it and they were DELICIOUS!

I watched a YouTube video that had been watched over 50K times and with great comments. Glad I did! 

YouTube is a great resource.

Have to say, have never watched a video to solve a problem, but know visitors to my website view my videos I have on neighborhood landing pages.

Our photographer, in addition to using Matterport for virtual open house displays, making a floor plan, and using drone photography, also puts our listings on Youtube.com.

In all fairness if I was on every platform, LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter, Active Rain. and the list goes on and on and tried to do an honest quality post... do you think I would have time to handle 18-20 listings? 3-5 escrows? So some things must give and it is not my core business just to be clear, nor my clients, Endre

Ok I think YouTube rocks. I have sold properties off it. I look at as throwing bread upon the water, you just might hook up a fish, very effective marketing.
