Something like the following should work:
<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/(your-video-id)" width="560" height="315" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe>
By the way, when you use the embed code, AR strips the extra info and adds it like the above, so it's the same thing.
I re-read your question. If you are trying to upload the video file into AR, you can't, you have to include it in the post via an iframe. It has to be hosted somewhere else (Youtube, Vimeo, your site, etc.), like Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist mentions.

I believe the only way to do that is directly from the code from the hosting - server location. If you can upload a video to your server either directly or via ftp, then the file will be in your media library and you can insert it from there.

I see you already received the response - the answer is no, it has to be embedded.

You do need to upload to another site, preferably Youtube, and then embed from there.

John Meussner ... the video has to have a home where it is hosted. The feed for the video url on youtube, vimeo, whereever is what you need to tap into for the show and tell. Do you have a youtube channel?

I thought it had to come from You Tube before you could post.

I just tried in the new file manager just in case it changed. It won't upload a video. Will do other file forms like gifs.
You have to be in the HTML mode to upload any video.
