Time for some detail work: what are the six comparables you used to price the house? Get current drive by photos and compare to MLS when closed. Three need to be in last three months, similar square footage, nearby, same tract type, same view, similar as you can. This is a warning that you will get a low appraisal. DO it FAST get it to the lender to pass on to the RAC and to the appraiser
