there is no option to download. I think that you need to follow Ryan's advice by setting up a landing page 1st, then do the download.

I forget the name of the particular type of ad, but it's one that sends them to your website.  I think it's something like an "Impressions" ad.  You setup the lead capture through facebook then it takes them to your website (or mor particularly a specially crafted landing page) for the download.  I don't think FB has a way to serve the download directly... but I could be wrong.

I used to run that type of ad (not the download part though) to get people to listing pages.

Hire someone who specializes in graphic design or FB ads.

They are contunualy changing their policies, so I am not sure I can do it these days.  I did it once but can't find my noted.   sorry.

We have a function in KW Command that allows us to create a landing page that connects to a fb add like this.

FB is not a place I spend my marketing dollars.
