I would start by writing down your must-haves and nice-to-haves.
Then, you can match your needs to available services.

I see you have a website now with IDX Broker. If you switch services, your city/area pages (IDX broker saved links) will change.
If you are getting any decent traffic to your website now, I would re-think a change, because you'll have to start from scratch.

My company gives us CINC. Good news is a decent website and their is some CRM with it. Bad news is the CRM is lacking the features that people outside of our company get by paying full price.

Any firm that offers you so called free CRM may be actually hijacking and reselling your contacts.
