I would not recommend any. Be careful out there is what I recommend. There are too many self-professed "experts" in the world who may or may not be delivering correct messages. Learn from your local experts. Take classes, read. Study and learn your own real estate contracts.

I recommend Happy Hours with the top producing agents in your area.  Buy them drinks and hear their stories. Real life experience from boots on the ground is going to beat a podcast any day.

Josef,

We do not listen to podcasts, so I think that the other members have plenty of great recommendations...We both worked with a mentor--a. real live experienced person, and that is what I would recommend by phone, face-time, by Zoom or any other available tool in this health crisis!  A

Josef,

You should look to your broker/brokerage for more guidance. Hopefully they provide training and resources for new agents and if not, find one that does!

Here is what comes up when I search in YouTube for Real Estate Coaches For New Agents.  If I had to choose one I'd probably go with Tom Ferry

By-the-way: Don't spread yourself out. Pick a niche and specialize. Become THE expert in that area.

Home is where the hearth is.

Pod....   casts...?   Putting casts on little tiny plants??  Why would one want to do that?  It sounds detrimental to those little pods.

"Starting a career in real estate....."
"helping people buy and sell real estate as a profession, commercial real estate leasing etc.?
#1. This is a COSMIC request and one for which I have no recommendation. Trying to be all things to all people will not serve you or the client well. Is your focus commercial or residential? Purchase or lease? Investor/builder or occupant owner? Is your business plan describing you as the service provider or a profitable member of the middle-sphere? These delimiters help to determine if you even need a real estate license to make a good living in real estate and allow others to suggest more relevant to your goals resources.

#2. You have a business plan and in it you described your perfect client. It very likely similar to 'couple, 35-55 yo, total income 110K+, possess a degree and live in this zipcode, city, region.
#3. If you make it to your 2nd year anniversary in real estate, you will come to realize your survival IS NOT dependent on real estate but on your skill to compel action from those with whom you want to do some business. This is 'on your business' actiyity (growth) as opposed to 'in your business' which is about process.

#4. Now listen to podcasts that are actually RELEVANT to growing your business. The best ones ARE NOT within the confines of the real estate industry. This is important if you don't want to look like another smiley face in the real estate agent sea of smiley faces.
My suggestion is to be pedantic in your focus about helping people. From this the windows will open to vision and the doorway to your magic carpet will appear.

To a new agent who is trying to figure the 'in your business stuff out' I would advise old school methods. I would suggest visiting the teaching of 'old bones' like Craig Proctor and Joe Stump. They are not sexy, but it is the foundational work from which the rest of your business will become dependent.  Proctor is about methodology while Stump is about perspective. This stuff has worked from day one and continues to work today.....but too many agents don't want to WORK.

Meanwhile, get busy helping others, tell folks what you do (hint: help people), listen more than you talk and what happens next will occur naturally. The teacher will come when the pupil is ready.

Your profile describes you as Marketing Maestro
You very likely already know exactly what I'm talking about and very likely you have participated in real estate marketing for real estate extensively. Am I right?
