Took fat free gravy that thickened and added chix broth to stretch it out

We just have a few left overs, so just eating them today and they will be gone.

It's the day after and after and after turkey sandwich.
Turkey, pepper, dressing and a slab of jelled cranberry, you know the kind with the ridges.

Turkey Soup, Gumbo Style. and Turkey Enchiladas.  

I'm just about to go make a turkey, rice and vegie soup. Yum!

Nothing extraordinary but will be making a large pot of turkey soup

I don't have a new recipe yet, but for Thanksgiving I did try something new.  When I made biscuits, I froze the butter, grated it, then stuck it back in the freezer for a bit before I mixed it in with the dry ingredients and milk.  It was supposed to make the biscuits fluffier.  I am not sure it worked.  I will have to try again.  I bet your soup turned out tasty.

I still have some uncooked dressing that I will probably cook tonight.

Real Estate Turkey Soup or Casserole perhaps?

Turkey rice soup is a favorite, but this year what we did not consume we gave away to others.

Leftovers seldom last long enough to require fancy recipes beyond the traditional feast and repeats of the feast.

Turkey & white bean Chili ? 

We sent my family home with a lot of leftovers but we had Thanksgiving dinner part 2 tonight. Tomorrow I'm making soup and Larry's making ham salad from the had we had. 

My favorite recipe for leftovers, Will Hamm is: 

Take two slices of bread or slice or roll in half.

Apply mayonnaise to both slices or halves.

Put slices of leftover turkey on one of the slices of bread or roll.

Lay the other slice of bread or roll on the top of the turkey.

Pick up the resulting creation and eat it.

That sounds amazing Will! We went to a friends house for Thanksgiving and will be cooking our meal - for leftovers - on Sunday. I did see a really good  turkey enchiladas recipe online that I might try!

I made too much mashed potato so I'm turning into a soup with leftover green beans, turkey, leftover gravy and mini carrots. Adding some milk too, hope it turns out good.

We buy just for two or three including Quincy cat, and leftover rarely exist. A

I didn't have enough left over to make soup and I'm a little disappointed, Will! I may just buy another turkey to make some soup and prep some other dishes! I will definitely check out your turkey rice soup though!
