I do not call people or email them without their permission to do so. 

I do not appreciate getting calls and emails from people who did not get my contact information from me.

Supervisor of Elections.  In Florida, you can make a public records request for the voter file.  YOu have to ask the Supervisor of Elections for that county.  They will send you a huge csv file.  It's free.

Not everyone lists their phone and email when they register to vote, but a lot of people do.  You can search by name, address, or anything else.

Keep in mind that the owner of the house is not always the person who actually lives there.  So you might need to look up the name of the owner in the tax record, then search for that person in the voter file to get the contact info.

This works in Florida because of our public record laws.  I can't promise that it will work in your state.
