Many of the automation devices are becoming more DIY these days.  I have set up the few devices that I have myself.

Rocky, what processes are you trying to automate? The Pre-transaction ones? or, During-Transaction? There are a lot of tools that are available to us, but we must first map our way of doing business, or communicating, and then use them. Otherwise, it will feel foreign, and strange to whoever you are trying to communicate it. Would a company like www.rightmessage.com be helpful for what you are trying to achieve?

I have not used a company - I use my project management skills, training, and experience to automate my business.  I feel sometimes people overthink it and believe it is more complex than it actually is.

I have always been a one person team and not paid anyone for anything.  I've tried many promotions such as Zillow, Home Gain, Pay per click, Facebook Ads.. None are worth the price.  Personal Contacts make Contracts.

I use an electronic contract company and Top Producer for my CRM, which keeps me on track.
