My business is growing stronger every day.  I've not had the need to direct mail.

I have been sending to past clients and has not worked well for me this year. . . slow.  I send one post card a month and email a newsletter.  My clients seem to be settled in for the pandemic. . . .

Anything works with consistency.  I have had a favorable response to a EDDM campaign this year. 

I have had, in fact, the opposite results in 2020, Will! I'm not stopping though because I think this year has just been an anomoly.

For you, though, congratulations! I'm thrilled for you that it did work better.

Direct mail requires consistency and patience to gain momentum.

Indeed...teaching my sendoutcard system to my agents has opened many eyes...including going from 384 agents to nearly 600 in 3 years.....

People count; numbers don't.  Focus on people, infinite amount of business.  Focus on numbers, one creates cement shoes and falls into proverbial bankruptcy.

I haven't sent anything yet as the baseball schedules are still sitting on my dining room table with stamps on them.  I'm going to be dropping of a gift with a CMA to about 60 people next.  I'll send out a card over the holidays and hope for some kind of response.

No changes, though there have been delays in delivery of mail this year.

I'm about to start a big direct mailing campaign with an extremely targetted list of property owners.  For property management, I think it is much easier because I can narrowly focus my mailings to absentee homeowners.  I think the sales side might be a little more difficult, because you don't know if the people are actively looking to buy or sell a house. I'll report back at some point on my results.
