Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate
Fred Griffin Real Estate - Tallahassee, FL
Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker

Registered Office at my home since 1993.

Meeting anyone F2F was a major pain during the 15 days to flatten the curve that lasted for 7 months.   But now that Florida is open again, things are getting back to normal.

Where do we meet?  Very rarely do customers/clients come to my office.  We usually meet at the subject property.   Sometimes at the title attorney's waiting room.   Other times at a restaurant for lunch, or at a coffee shop, or the lobby of the Hotel Duval.

Home mostly. Seems like most people prefer to meet at the property after initial meeting. First meeting can be at a public place.

I work from both the kw office and my home office which is a bit larger than the kw office, however we do have a larger meeting room at kw.

Most meetings w clients are either at kw or on zoom.

I haven't had bricks-and-mortar for 13 years and no regrets. I will meet clients on-site, at their place, restaurant, hotel, but so much is electronic that unless I'm viewing their property there isn't really a need for us to meet in person.

Work from home.  Meet clients at the property, at their house (listing appointments) or a coffee shop.  Only time a client comes to my house is if they're a friend before they became a client.

When I meet clients I will choose a mutually convenient location hosted by affiliate offices, lenders, title companies or attorneys. As a last resort the local Panera or Starbucks will do.

The pandemic made it easy to sell my massive office building. Once flooded with 32 agents coming and going. When the virus hit, the realization is if I did not feed most of them, they would starve. Now smaller in size doing the same valume with 90% less people. I worked from home all spring, summer and now from fall. Soon, a new smaller office, less on desks and more for meetings etc.In reality most of my work is from my car. I dont like to sit at a desk. I like to be out and i meet potential buyers and sellers everywhere i go.

I work from home. I always have even with I was affiliated with another brokerage.  I meet my clients at their home - I need to see it before I list it.

When I worked with Buyers - I would often pick them up at their residence when we had a buyers tour scheduled.

Absent that we meet at the property.

These days - no one gets in my vehicle.

I always work from home, but have an office to meet clients at.  I do relocation, and meeting at a Starbucks or other restaurant is tacky.  Would never bring anyone to my home either, I like separation of personal & business.

My office is online. More and more even though where I raised the four kids is 32 feet from traditional real estate office. The office is online these days and delivery to where the buyer is, where sellers hang out. Because my market is rural too it is critical to beam into out of state markets. Videos do it best around the clock.

I work only from a home office; also in a rural area. My license hangs in the brokerage office 90 minutes away. I've been to the actual office once when I was in the area and had a couple of hours between meetings. instead of doing Costco shopping, I went to the office just to see it.

I meet clients at their home, office, or a public place. With COVID, I have been meeting in local parks, using my cell provider hotspot for wireless access.

I work from home, I wasted too much money on office rents before I decided to close it down. I meet sellers at their homes and buyers either at the property or a coffee shop, hotel, restaurant. Most of my buyer clients are from out of state so I usually meet them at their hotel for our first face-to-face meeting.
