However long it took me to get back to 100%.

PS if I did what 'my (former) doctors said' I'd still be overmedicated on a wrong medication and taking about 3 unnecessary ones. So I do NOT trust doctors unless they produce positive results.

If my doctor told me to stay home for 14-days... telling me that I was highly contagious, and shouldn't expose others to my illness, as well as I needed the rest...

I would definitely follow his advice.

I had it ( a strange type flu) and rested more than usual for 3-5 days but still was out and about. It gave up trying to live and left me in great shape

I would make my very best effort to quarantine for 14 days.
I would put a sign in the front yard just to see if any KW agents walk past it.
Although I consider myself to be in robust health, I must be aware this is not all about me.  So I do choose to protect others....

If I caught it and knew about it (given that my friends didn't even know that had it until tested, no symptoms at all), I would be relegated to my quite comfy shed for ten days.  I may or may not be released, depending on my behavior.  JK, I would stay home.

Sure, I already can work from home just fine, and I'm no stranger to door dash for food.  As long as "Stay home" allows me to still go outside to work out, I don't know that it would cause much disruption for me.

actually the CDC only recommends 10 days after symptoms are gone on their site currently, not 14.  And I guess it would depend on how I felt.  I certainly would not want to give it to anyone else, but if I was not at risk to spreading to others... I would be working.

But if I knew I had it yes I would stay home for a full recovery. I do the same when I have the flu and always avoid people and..animals LOL

Hi Will several months ago, my brother thought he had the virus...low grade fever and aches and was very tired. He quarantined for two weeks, spoke to his doctor every day and when he felt better, he was tested. He had two negative tests.

I would not want to put anyone else into jeopardy. So I would do whatever my doctor told me. And, by the way, if I see someone without a mask here in town, I cross the road so as not to be possibly infected because of someone's machismo.  Happily, we have a mandatory mask rule here in Carmel-by-the-Sea and visitors are mostly respectful about it.

When the supposed experts come to an agreement as to how and why I will then worry about it!

Having to worry about which expensive hearing aid is coming off when I take the mask off is the bigger pain in the arse!

If I do not feel well I stay home near the throne room on my own!

Yes, I would because the safety and wellbeing of my clients and real estate comrades’ clients are of the utmost importance to me.  Therefore, I will not risk exposing anyone to this illness if I had it until I had fully recovered.
