I am always ready for perfect weather which is what we usually receive in the Fall.  The market in the East Valley usually starts filling up with snowbirds during the Fall but this year might be a bit different with travel restrictions and such.

I love fall and it is starting to look beautiful here in NY.  The weather is perfect.  Yesterday, we celebrated my birthday a bit early outside on my parent's deck and it was perfect.

I'm not in real estate, but the agents here seem to be doing great and getting a bit of a benefit from those moving out of NYC

My biz continues to thrive.  Looks like Sept will be up +23% vs. last Sept

Fall is a lot like summer, so far. The big exception is all of the smoke from wildfires.

Our market is can be characterized as brick, driven by low inventory and low mortgage rates.
