NO, it's crap.

I get so many calls from agents at a loss on scheduling appointments and sending COVID forms because HOMESNAP drops the links that the MLS has and MLS is the source until bettered. But HS didn't make that cut.

I have seem many requests from HomeSnap for me to sign up. Our Association offers HomeSnap at no cost, I believe, and then there is an upgrade HomeSnap wants to sell to users.

I have not been encouraged by anyone to sign up for it.

I have not heard of it. As others have mentioned some MLS's may offer a free version of it. If mine does, I am not aware of it ... most of the programs out there are not necessary or just someone selling 💩.

Homesnap is the public-facing information for my MLS. I have not been impressed with it. And I'm even less impressed by the constant stream of Homesnap Pro marketing spam I receive trying to get me to sign up. So far it is not worth the cost to do so.

Hi Shannon, Our MLS direclty feeds to HomeSnap and I love it!  It is my go to in the field for information ont he home I am showing or other properties that are available for sale in the enighborhood.  I do invite clients to use it and send message through the app etc. I have opted for the pro version and it has some nifty information.  I would be happy to chat with you about Homesnap further if you have any specific questions.  Hope this helps!
