heck no! I think FSBO's are freaked out & they should be. Who's working & who's not? Who's on compensation? A seller ain't going to be able to figure out a scam.

Not more. But I do see FSBO popping up. I'm thinking it is actually PRE-Marketing because it doesn't take long before a smiley face appears on the lawn.

I rarely see any FSBO signs in our area.

Not in downtown Chicago. Many listings and signs ar a problem. But you can hardly ignore the open house signs on every corner on the weekends. Trouble is potential buyers are in lockstep with the sellers looking to flee the city.

Seeing a lot and never disappointed when I make the call to set up an appointment:  not offering a co-broke, very  limited showing schedule because they need to be there, grossly overpriced, and the list goes on and on....

Peter Mohylsky. The Santa Rosa Beach Expert, I haven't seen one since last year.  FSBO's think we are not worthy of our value.  They either learn better or remaing ignorant and think they did better on their own, until they either get sued or find out what they lost.

I can't say I have seen many, but I do have a seller FSBO (on the buyer side) due to close 9/1/2020. Real  tough market to try and sell without representation IMO!

Seeing fewer than last summer.

No, not seeing more fsbo signs... or any really.  Even in a hot market pre-wuhan, FSBOs were rare.

About the same, some will be succssful, others may be hiring me to get it done before long.

Not necessarily more but I wouldnt be suprised...Covid complicated what is already time consuming and expensive. FSBO remains an option to be sure
