It reminds of the notices we get for HO and flood insurance about an "across the board increase" which I consider total b___ s___. Whatever happened to risk based lending and insurance. I actually think it's fine.  Because it will help when all the REO properties hit 12 months from now.  And for people being forced to close their business, there will be foreclosures.   I believe it will happen in urban areas, no everywhere.
