No I do not study YouTube analytics. In fact, all the other medias have published the best times to post but I've never seen YT done at all.

I am a believer that listing on Thursday gives the maximum exposure as there are two full weekends withing the first ten days on the market.

Go beyond post, cross post to all of your social media, the effect multiplies many times over with significant increases in not just the hits on Youtube but also exponential gains in hits on your other social media sites.

It really depends on your time zones and market.

Our Team does upload to youtube.com but I have no idea what the analytices show. All I know is that houses that are marketed properly, prepared properly and priced properly are selling very briskly.
