Everywhere & with just about everyone. It's really annoying the fights over masks or no masks. 

There has ALWAYS been social disobedience.

For example some defy the law of the community and city and choose to feed the hungry at great risk to them selves.
Some who have been denied the ability work and buy food for their family, work anyway, at great risk to themselves.

Some, who own businesses are losing that business and breaking the promise of to their 10 employees to keep them working are waving signs in front of the capital building.

And some are still smuggling drugs into the local jail.

I see no increase in disobedience, but the media is fanning every ember they see.  

Now when we get to week three of no food, the worst of human behavior will surface.

We shall see if a moral society will refuse to enforce unjust laws.

In order for me to get close to answering this, Peter, you will need to define "social disobedience".  

I never was in a tunnel, I remained open.

YES. Lots of protests. Lots of stupidity.

Have a great holiday weekend Peter!  As for your question - no we are not seeing disturbances as our state is open for business.  Bring it on!

I see a lot of hardship... people are struggling to socially distance and shelter-at-home.  I see a lot of people pushing at the edges of the envelope, some risking their own personal health and the health of their friends and family, sometimes accompanied by images of southern oppression, nazi iconism, and a highly visible display of firearms.

I see a lot of bitching and moaning about living in a totalitarian state and loss of civil rights due to those in power in their clumsy attempts to keep their populace safe and healthy.

We are a populace of many millions, and we all have differing views.  Fasten your seat belts... it's going to be a bumpy ride.

It is why we should be more careful and do not provoke that situation.

Yes, we see those "abnormal" every day. We try to avoid conflicts.

Governor Newsom took a weekend trip to his wife's ranch in Montana and went and got fitted for a cowboy hat.  So yes, even our glorious dictator is disobeying his own rules.

Unfortunately we have leaders sowing discontent and encouraging people to ignore the advice of the medical professionals.

I don't really worry about anyone else. I am one who follows the letter of the law and I will continue to do so. 

I am not a member of the party who does wear masks but, I wear one and encourage others to do so for medical reasons. I made my decision, based on my medical knowledge, my concern for the community and having been very sick in early March.

That said, I am not offended if others want to shame me for wearing one. Hey, sticks & stones...freedom of speech...🇺🇸 

No. But, I do think asthings wll start to reopen (maybe in a week or so), many will still stay home when possible.

Wearing a mask hurts no one. On the other hand, not wearing a mask in public, ignoring social distancing, etc.. means others could die as a consequence. I know on which side I’d rather err. People complaining about their constitutional rights while not reconizing their community responsibilities are selfish.

Live free or die is a great slogan if you are the one passing, not others due to your selfishness.

As a nation, we have many times sacrificed for ourselves and others in the world. Now is the time to come together to solve a worldwide challenge, not infight with each other due to partisan differences. Look out for others instead of endangering them over political differences. We have a large number of first responders who are in their occupation because of 911. Let's exhibit that willingness to serve, instead of dividing into political camps. Which will solve the issue and which will prolong the issue?

Yes, we have had mostly in San Francisco and Sacramento. I do wear the mask, and I don't want to be around people who do not wear a mask unless they live with me, and I make sure I keep the social distance. I do wear the mask because I don't want to put anyone near me at risk, although  I don't feel sick.

Our County's Sheriff has declared he WILL NOT ENFORCE the Governor's lockdown/shutdown.

Pinal County too. That's shocking given its proximity to Maricopa and Pima counties where there are more 'compliant/afraid/SJW' folks . . . but AZ in the by and large is NOT having this. And we're petitioning to recall the Governor, LOL

PLUS there's a real estate broker down South who is taking on the barnacles . . . I like him and will vote for him if given the chance!

If you mean who is being naughty or nice...this is not something new....

Sure, although the debate whether or not it's "disobedience" or simply folks exercising their Constitutional Rights and personal integrity will go on for years.
