Sellers are to wipe down home with disinfectant prior to all showings - and when they return home after showings.

Buyers are to wear mask, booties, gloves and use disinfectant wipes to turn on lights and open cabinets, closets, drawers and doors.

Of course sanitize hands afterwards, gloves are not to be reused and, of course, no handshaking. 

I ware a mask and gloves and shoe coverings when enter a property. I also use hand sanitizer before touching any handles or touch any surface.

As a mobile notary (I retired as a RE Broker 2 years ago) nothing ever did change for me with the pandemic histaria Lanette Branch .  My fate is in the hands of my faith.

We are open, but a severe lack of listings. For showings I have a mask and gloves. Buyers are wearing masks as well. If they dont have gloves, they cant touch anything, such as we open doors for them

Tomorrow I will be sitting in the office while a showing agent tours the homes and zooms it back to me in my office and to the buyers in their home.

I’ve been showing property for the last four weeks the first two weeks was all virtual, I was the only one going to the house and sending live video feeds through Zoom to all my clients.

Now, in the last two weeks I’ve started meeting clients at vacant homes, but still doing video feeds from occupied homes;
everyone’s required to wear a mask and California Association of Realtors forbids more than three people gathering in a property.

I’ve also participated in virtual open houses and virtual broker caravans the last two weeks.

It’s already “normal”.

Principals only, no children, booties provided, door handle and lockbox disinfected prior to showing, lights on and all interior doors and cabinets open for showing, disinfectant provided to Buyers agent to wipe door handle and lockbox when exiting and deposit away from the property. Agent agrees to have clients comply and confirm no travel for previous 14 days, no fever or illness before showing approved.

Same as everywhere else. 

Anything I do now is virtual unless the house is vacant.  In that case, I open it, tour, go to my car and then the buyers go in.  All are instructed to wear mask & gloves to any/all showings.  Sellers are encouraged to disinfect after all visits.  AND... we have 8 pages of disclosures for it all. 

I simply remind Y'all to look and don't touch. 

When Y'all have finished, the house is sanitized.

It is important to make certain Y'all stay within the boundaries.

Y'all must be sporting and styl'n the latest PPE wear.

Y'all will conform to differing requirements based on whether it is my listing or not.

A consideration must be ones tolerance to hearing Y'all.

Following the guidelines ... there are many ... and ensuring all COVID forms are completed and signed by all parties required to sign. 

 The last 3 counties in the Denver metro area just opened, but with extreme caution.   Buyers are limited to only those on contract, must wear masks, gloves and booties, do not touch anything.   The buyer agent has wipes and if needed to open doors and drawers, and must sanitize after showing.  Listing agents are instructed to sanitize in between showings also.

Masks, Hand Sanitizer, not touching your face til you sanitize, social distancing- having conversations from 6 feet apart, cleaning surfaces with Lysol Bleach Spray, wiping pens & other objects that are touched with Sanitizer, using programs that let clients sign digitally- never used more! Not big on Zoom, just carrying on with email, texts, phone & minimial face to face with everyone wearing masks.  All of these. 

Showings in NJ are for immediate family only - husband/wife only. Everyone must sign COVID waivers stating that they are not infected nor have they come in contact with anyone infected. Everyone wears a mask. Most homes are providing Lysol wipes or some disinfectant to potential buyers as they walk in. Many homes are leaving all interior doors/cabinets open so buyers don't have to touch anything.

Yes.  In person is the only true way to go.  Mask and gloves.  Hand sanitizer after.

We can show houses. We need a signed form by the showing agent and the potential buyers that explains the risks the visitors are taking and instructs them to act accordingly. Visitors must wear gloves, masks and booties. Visitors should not touch any surface in the house. If the house is occupied, the occupants must absent themselves from the house prior to the showing and not return until visitors have left the area. Maximum of one agent allowed for the showing and maximum of two potential buyers allowed per showing. Appropriate surfaces...door knobs, lock boxes...should be wiped with disinfectant before and after showings.
