Property management fees are an interesting subject. One point of view is nothing happens and someone is just getting a monthly commission and another is a lot goes on and that monthly is too little and still another is the amount sufficient to motivate a timely professional response when needed? If you ever find a top-notch dream company/person pay them very well. As far as trustworthy goes...reviews, testimonies, interviews and reputation plus Q & A with existing clients may shed light on that.
