Yes, but only in my own HOA, not my farm: notes and Pop-by's with a little welcome gift I gleaned from this scene in  It's a Wonderful Life

Same as Lyn Sims .  I put them into the farming I already do.

However, something that I will often do is in the social media pages, if I see someone liked a home sale post, I will often find their address on the list, send them a personal note and mention that I was happy to see their support on the post and ask them to contact me directly if they have questions about selling.  It has worked.

No I do not. I think that it's a little 50's. I would just put them into the regular mailings & leave it at that.

I do not, but that is absolutely a great idea.  I am going to look into doing that, perhaps some kind of basket of stuff.

The question is making me realize I'm missing out on an easy way to build my community.

No, it doesn't seem to be a local custom here.

I have but mailing were never effective for me Steffy Hristova . I think mailing is a reginal and/of community thing and it just doesn't fly in Minot ND.

No. However, personal notes are always a good idea.

We have new neighbor coffees in our community...when meetings are allowed.
