Ginger ~ Here in the Northern Virginia market we have a very low inventory and properties are still going under contract at about what they were a year ago, so we are in a strong sellers market for the close-in municipalities.

Economics is still driven by supply and demand.

The stock market lost 30%. CA homes DID NOT!

Our market has just been impacted about a week ago by a stay at home order.  Many sellers have put their sales on hold.  The pendings were way done, but some of the homes that sold still had multiple offers.  I think it is too early to tell, but my guess is that we will be slow for a while.  I hope your market bounces back quickly.
