Only one active listing right now... the other two that were due to come on the market this week and next are now put off for a couple of weeks to see how things shake out. No reason to waste days on market if foot traffic is minimal.

We realy see a normal amount of traffic on the streets on the roads right now.  I am sure it will change as the week progresses.  

In spite of the proclamation for social distancing, I'm not feeling jailed... YET!  I can go out if I want to but have no particular desire to do so.  I have plenty to do and lots of ways to connect online or via phone.  I do wish I could get out and play golf, though. The weather is lovely.

That said, I do empathize with those who are not used to being confined with several other people.  It's hard to keep children entertained for extended periods of time. 

As the options for 'things to do' decrease everyday, those sequester with their family may be challenged to get to know each other.

What I am witnessing is those places open to public, parks, beaches, are becoming increasingly crowded and inevitably will also be closed.

Frustration, boredom. alcohol and firearms do not mix well. And when the TP runs out....watch out!

In the meantime, activity with currently active buyer continue but the streams of new leads have reduced to barely a trickle.

In this land of liberty....we feel restriction a little deeper

The world is changed.  How long will it be before the normal crazy resumes? Only time will tell.

No more listings to check on Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS but I have to admit that all this negative news is wearing on me so I may be one of those people looking depressed looking out the window at times. When I catch myself I remember God has this under controll.

All listings sold to date. We are not shelter in place yet, so other than the fact it's pouring rain, people are still out and about-including me showing homes this morning. But occupied will go on hold. Vacant will be show at your own risk. Doubtful they will be shown though in person. Thank God for virtual tours and professional photos & video...ya hardly need to walk a property these days.

This social distancing mode can be a challenge.

All of mine are SOLD!  And we've cut down the amount of trips we're making to supervise the construction project.

My listing is under contract, so I have not had to swing by lately. I was there two weeks ago when the sellers installed a new HVAC for the buyer.

No, I think that many people have never had to do this before & are just acting oddly not being able to go outdoors.
