I do my posts because they need to be personalized: blog, social media & podcast. But, I have a Virtual Assistant for what doesn't need personaliztion and Buffini & Company do a lot of my marketing automated monthly.

1. Property specific, I do myself.
     Branding or business marketing is outsourced. (FB)

4. Soon we will employ AI Avatars to pitch on our behalf. Those doing webinars and have invested in list building are far ahead in this segment of marketing.

Hand crafted and blended with local everything tapping all the senses using what works for media platforms. Another market might use a different mix but have a plan and if it works, pour the coal on.

I do it myself. Nobody else can be me or my voice.

We have a complete marketing suite available to our agents at no cost that can do anything you can think of in both print and digital.

If you a brand created, it should be easy to do it yourself, or outsource it all.  In certain instances after we create a brand, we design all the marketing for our clients who have a large practice and a big pool of clients .  A

I have handled it myself. Professional assistance may have provided better results.

I only work with buyers when my wife's office is too busy for all other agents. So not much in way of marketing for me.
