Nothing about real estate.

Everything that says, "It's harder to ask for help than to deliver help. Please do the hard thing, if you need help, CALL."

I am not messaging my clients (as a mobile notary) but the companies that hire me to go out and do signings have been sending me tons of emails to "be safe".

I think we need to ask if they or any one in their house is sick or has traveled outside the country to Europe or China. When someone is sick, they have to put their buying or selling on hold. You depend on people to be truth full. In lieu of that, it is a blanket shut down which no one wants

I am good at the work I perform and there seem to be enough experts telling everyone to wash their hands etc.

There also seem to be enough agents beseeching people for listings and I have my referrals.

As my email and media is already overwhelmed with the links, none from me.

I will continue to check on those older than I am and offer them assistance.

I'm just doing BAU prospecting.

Real estate outine stays the same, but personal habits of travel and health measures tighten up big time. Do your own market reports as usual saying the numbers do not reflect coronovirus effect in your area... like Walter Conkhite, report that's the way it is but in my area, not the country which mainstream media is hammering way at pretty emotionally. Stay calm and adapt as the market unfolds. How it affects our industry as the local experts. What do the numbers say and mean?

Just like if interest rates were high, unemployment was low, if fuel was rationed or sky high, etc. How those factors steer the numbers up and down like other market conditions we take in stride.

"How's the market due to conorovirus?" if asked.  Tad too early to see the signs of coronovirus effect in my area. We warm up and cool off based on other markets below us so tell the tale about in your area is blah blah blah based on the numbers as they roll in and a little time passes so others can benefit. Avoiding what not to do in a crisis fluid situation will help our buyers and sellers as our role as real estate professionals.

Report the CDC facts, develop safety measures, avoid hype or exploitation and do your part. Don't live in fear. Don't fight in social media circles, be sensitive to others and their opinions, stay calm and carry on in a protected way armed with accurate preventive measures information. We will get through this, panic will not help others. Education will. Getting behind local community food banks, reaching out to the shut in elderly and teaching our children the safety measures to adopt. That'll keep you busy besides listings, marketing, selling that goes on in any real estate market.

Not doing a gosh darned thing.  They're all adults who can make up their own minds what to do.  If they ask my opinion as someone who has 18 years of teaching disaster preparedness and who has responded to many large scale incidents, then I'll tell them.

I truly don't know what to say. I am lucky my listings have sold so no showings. I think that you could really blow it here with your sellers if you are too lax & they are too anxious.

This is a good subject i.e. stay put or move to a safer location? Rent or buy? It is a plus for the Real Estate industry especially when the stock market acts up

Many is on hold. Weather, dead body and close to 100 infected local patients. Freeway is not constipated again. Many work from home. Source from downpayment is in jeopardy. Stocks all have free fall. If persists, those work from home will be on vacation indefinately.

Nothing. I don't want to contribute to the panic but I certainly don't want to minimize the concern.

I am pretty sure everyone has read the CDC links by now and either they are socially distancing themselves according to CDC guidelines or they've opted to continue life as normal or some other mid-way decision.

I'm curious to see how this affects real estate. I'm imagining the spring season will be slow but summer should be grand.

This week I have received dozens of meaningless emails from every vendor telling me useless stuff about what they are doing about this.

No, I will not be clogging my clients emails with this info, but I did send out an offer to one today.

Sharing good info and historical facts and perspective about the markets past that dealt with 6 pandemics, 3 recessions and 1 crash during my 21 years so far. The virus is serious, but the media has bastardized it, for fear in an election year. Social media and doomsday posts need to be taken through a facts not fears filter. 61,000 died last year from flu, where was that panic?
