My friends do not affect my weight. I do not affect my fiends weight.

My weight is under my control. They are on their own.

I was overweight because I didn't make time to exercise and lost my "won't power" when it came to eating sensibly. 

I made time to exercise and have been eating mostly organic and I now have my 20's body back.

Period.

This Medicare kid now has his 20's body back.

I am not overweight, nor are most of my friends. If I were, I would not hold anyone accountable but myself. 

I am of European decent and have good genes...which helps.  I also think that Europeans are taught to be more accountable than Americans.

I was also a runway model and fitness instructor in my younger days.

I think the most important thing is what you have in your head.  I care too much about clean living, healthy eating, and feeling optimal.  

No one can influence those that don't want to change...

C.  I am the weight I am and it has no direct/causal impact on my friend's weight.  If they like how I look and it inspires them to change habits, then that's great!  But it's a choice they made of their own free will.

You are a product of the people you hang around. They either lift you up, drag you down or hold you in place and hate it when you change.

I like to be with folks that challenge me and cause me to grow.

Indulgence is subjective. One must pursue what is driving unwanted results for real change and that is the root journey we all must take but when?
