Some things are instantly recalled.  As for "pop  quiz" I remember that preparation was my friend and the lack of preparation meant that others were attempting to look at my paper to sneak a peek.  Covering your answers and your "a$$ets" is often good advice.

Nope that was not a term I had to learn my state test.  But my test was a couple of decades plus ago.  But I've certainly never used most of the terms I had to learn for the test.

Teaching people to pass the real estate exam

There is a lot of stuff on the Florida test that is different from other states.  Most states have a national test and a state test.  Of course, the national test is basically the same in all states.  We don't do that in Florida, so there is a lot of stuff on our state exam (and in turn, the prelicensing class) that is not on anyone else's exam.
